1. The only negative point was the housekeeping was quite mediocre and sometimes it seemed went out of their way to ensure they would avoid cleaning our room (I guess the dirty dipers drew them away).

6. Before our travel I was worried about the state and services at this resorts since I have read few negative feedback on this site.

On the negative side, all the restaurants, and frankly any extra service was very, very expensive-- however the quality of the service and food matched the level of the price, but extremely easy to blow a bundle eating there every night (so we did not, but splurged for a couple of meals, and were satisfied).

8. The only negative comments I can make is the elevators were a little slow in the Tresor, the coffee and soda is expensive ($4), and the location is a bit far from the touristy sites in Miami Beach.
