1. The beach are is small comparing whit other hotels in south beach so narrow sandy area makes it over crowded, this hotel is for hard party people and not at all for kids at least on main pool area.

7. I do not want to beat up on any of the employees there that work hard everyday trying to make the guests experience great, but there are a lot of people because the 18% gratuity is already on everything, do not care and treat you like you shouldn't be there.
