1. The only other complain is that to get in the hotel the people crowd in the hotel lobby that are trying to get into LIV :the nightclub, and that is annoying when you are trying to just walk through.

2. Other guests complained about the drinks and I can't speak for those at the pool bar but those at Bleau and Gotham were perfect.

3. I expected poor service after reading review after review complaining about it, but starting with the bellboy who offered to direct me the minute I stepped out of the taxi on arrival nearly every encounter I had with staff in every venue--front desk, pool, bar, beach, restaurants, housekeeping--was pleasant.

4. I was a little disappointed not to be in Tresor but in the end we saved about $70 a night and still had a suite, so I can't complain too much.

6. The beach was amazing and for the people who complain about the lack of chairs, yes there are many day beds and cabanas that must be reserved around the pool but there are a ton of chairs on the grass.

10. Now how on earth does a huge RESORT justify charging a 'Resort Fee' to provide the basic services that you expect from a RESORT? And of course they never told me about the 'Resort Fee' until I complained about the exorbitant Internet connection fee.
