1. The Hotel staffs was the worst.

The worst service we had was at Vida, when our waitress disappeared after bringing our drinks and seemed to forget she hadn't taken our order, but when the manager came over to ask us if we had ordered yet and we said no, he called another waiter right over and went out of his way to thank us and ask us about our meal when we left.
