1. The fitness center was tiny-the stretching/ yoga area had a boxing bag hanging in the middle of it--could you imagine boxing and yoga going on at the same time?I am sorry to say we paid so much for so little.

2. The pool area was a joke - unless you wanted to rent a ridiculous and overpriced cabana (who needs a flat-screen TV at the beach), you had to settle for a chair on a tiny sliver of grass, packed next to each other with absolutely no space in between.

First of all the room did not look like it was `1000 square feet, secondly the kitchen was tiny and supposed to be fully equipped (minus a coffee maker due to fire codes, so if you want coffee you either have to go downstairs and get it or order room service), it had two cabinets and one was above the refrigerator and the other was above the microwave.
