2. The chances are you won't spend that much time in the room, but when you do, wouldn't you want to feel comfortable? we didn't feel the luxury unfortunately as, among other things, every time we went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, we had to turn on all lights just in case there was a bug around, so that we don't end up stepping on it.

8. The Spa, a masterpiece of Japanese design is unfortunately run down and it seems that they just let it be without any use by the hotel guests and minimum or no maintenance, If you decide to book a spa service, you are better off taking their shuttle to Grand Wailea and the Spa Grande over there.
"Former private Japanese club a little mishandles by new American owners " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/25/2010 Vote
9. unfortunately, our unit was close to the road, and it was annoying to be in such an otherwise tranquil place and to hear the locals (I presume) driving by early in the morning.
