2. To begin with, we stayed at the Four Seasons directly beforehand and probably were just a bit tainted by the experience, but the deficiencies at Hotel Wailea were so obviously weird, our stay just left us with questions about how the management spends their money and efforts.

5. Something weird for me, everybody smile but never solve a problem or claim presnted to them, cleaninles in the room was not good and to close when we leave a bell boy pick up the lugagge from the room and after that we need to look for them more than 20 minutes, nobody know ewhere it was.
