1. As for the comments about the rooms being outdated, they are not bad it's by no means ugly, very tasteful and even then I hate to say outdated as it would be a shame to not stay here based on that as the rest of the facility is very much tres chic.

2. Public restrooms (pool, lobby, restaurant): horrible, as dirty and run down as high school or roadhouse restrooms, shameful of a hotel in this area.

3. Many, many tiles were missing from the pool (a shame since initially it had those beautiful Italian glass mosaic tiles), and a huge black bug hung under the lip of the pool near the drain, making my wife cringe.

4. We found this aspect of our stay a real shame because the accommodation it offers whether 'garden' or 'ocean' view chalet style apartments are excellent compared to the other nearby hotels.
