6. )The main buildings are just the coolest open spots ( our only complaint was that the web site REALLY doesn't capture the scale of the architecture and the views of the property ) where you just want to hang out and enjoy the panorama- seriously.

7. One tiny complaint is that the kitchenettes had very little in them, so it was hard to think about making breakfast or lunch there as there were no pots/pans, teatowels, etc.

8. I'm not quite understanding peoples complaints of the bathrooms because ours had sliding doors to make every part of it private.

9. However, and this leads me to my only complaint, the photos on the hotel website, which seem to me to be all young, 'beautiful' people, many of whom are on the beach, are both misleading and a bit off-putting.

10. The best I can say about the hotel is that the woman on duty at the front desk was gracious and patient in handling our complaints, refund and subsequent check-out.
