2. After finally checking into the room it defiantly isn't one of their best (frustrating as while we were waiting for our room we overheard someone had been upgraded) the carpets felt wet, their were stains on both the kitchen and bathroom benches and general rushed maintenance work i.

3. Having breakfast provided takes a lot of the frustration out of travel and helped us get on with our day without wasting time figuring out what to eat in the morning.
