2. Sure, there are many hotels down by the beach, where hundreds of families clamor for a spot on the sand and make whatever noise one associates with beach activities.

3. Hardly the expansive view we had paid extra for -- 3 rooftops, a street light, trees and street (yes some street noise at night) plus a strange little uninteresting pond in front gave us a partial ocean view.
