3. 3) The kitchen's in the units don't have a microwave 4) The TV's don't have DVD players - All this being said, I WOULD COME BACK IN A HEARTBEAT - the minor inconveniences are tremendously outweighed by the positive - 1) Most important - the staff is incredible, so friendly and enjoyable to talk with.

9. The hotel made a small error with my reservation so they had me down for the incorrect number of nights, but they were able to verify the correction in a minute, and they upgraded my room for the inconvenience of having to wait about 15 minutes for my room to be changed, which was great.

10. Some people might find the Japanese style tub/shower strange, we didn't think it was terribly inconvenient, and actually it was convenient to have a fully enclosed bath/shower 'room' to wash our snorkel gear and such.
