1. The bathroomdid not have a door separating it from the bathroom, so if privacy is an issue this is not the place for you.

4. But if the rooms were renovated, the paking issues addressed, the koy pond filled and attended to, the lobby redesiged and the breakfast made more adequate I would.

7. The second issue is that some areas of the Hotel Wailea could use some modernization/sprucing up.

10. It seems the main issue to me are the following choices: is being beach-front a necessity (ie, the ability to walk downstairs and out of your hotel onto the beach)? If so, Hotel Wailea won't work for you, but you'll pay perhaps twice as much to get that in the Wailea beach-front hotels.
