1. Ok so here are a few facts: The carpet in our room was badly stained, worn out and not routinely vacuumed.

4. As for Hotel Wailea, poor furniture, bad carpet, bad paint, kitchen does not have a utensils, has a mini fridge, had a really bad parquet floors in the bath area, toilet room that was less than inviting & the tv cables were hanging off the wall.

7. A slapdash attempt had been made to disguise the damage, but the paint was bubbled and peeling, badly patched, and falling off in bits onto the carpet.

8. As for the comments about the rooms being outdated, they are not bad it's by no means ugly, very tasteful and even then I hate to say outdated as it would be a shame to not stay here based on that as the rest of the facility is very much tres chic.
