7. There was no clock in the room, no hot water at 10PM when we checked in, awful smell came from the bathroom sink, and when we got out of the shower and water dripped on the floor, you could see how dirty it was.

9. I would not have minded the non functioning A/C as I realize this is the tropics, however, my wife and I are both allergic and asthmatic and required some ventilation and relief from the animal smells.

10. Also, the air conditioning is centrally located which isn't necessarily a bad thing, however, everytime we turned it to high, our non-smoking condo smelled STRONGLY of cigarette smoke.
