The positives outweigh the negatives, but first I will get the negatives out of the way - We stayed here with a wedding party and some people in our group were not given the rooms we originally requested and paid for in advance, so the management refunded us the difference, which is good but we were disappointed that they could not accommodate our requests which were made 5 months in advance.
