1. Housecleaning was bad as some other reviewers noted, and our room had a stereo system that no one could get to work which is the reason for the 4 stars.

3. As I said- the Hotel itself, isn't bad, perfect location,the rooms are average, nice people, nice beach, good price----------but the room service (maids) and ROACHES IS AN ABSOLUTE NO NO.

7. As others stated, we were told that our beach towels would be replaced when we left them in the room, but that didn't happen, so we went to get them from the front desk (and ended up with two sets for some reason, but that's not a bad thing).

8. If you are looking for quiet, uncrowded beaches and not too many kids, and are willing to take the luck of the draw on the quality of your room in terms of updates, this is not a bad place to stay.

10. My only complaint is that the service at the Castaway restaurant was pretty bad - there were 3 or 4 times where it took 20 minutes before anyone even came by to take our drink order.
