1. Our only issues were 1) maid service was average at best, however many 'condo style' properties don't offer hotel maid service, so I wasn't complaining.

2. The main issue with 114 is that the bed was very uncomfortable and the 4 pillows provided were very old, worn out and flat.

3. Only a couple of items stops us from giving an excellent rating: Depending on the wind, the traffic noise could be significant due to nearby highway (not enough to keep us awake though) and the niggling issue that there is supposed to be a free Mai Tai night that was promised when we checked in but which was cancelled without warning (it fell on Thanksgiving day).

6. Parking near the entrance to our building was an issue, as there were maybe 15 spots in the lot, and quite of few of them were for private use.

8. Joe was quite arrogant when I came to him with a room issue and seemed to care much more about hotel OWNERS than hotel guests.

10. I applaud her for your friendliness, patience and her professionalism; The maintenance staff was quite responsive when we had some issues with the faucets; Also the cleaning staff was quite accommodating and helpful as well.
