1. I found the Gym a bit dirty as well, but thankfully there is a great beach walk there that lasted for some nice runs along the ocean.

2. Also the refridgerator froze everything, the AC unit was very noisy, the sliding door to the patio was very difficult (and noisy) to open and close, and the patio and patio furniture were very dirty.
"Not as good as in the past but still enjoyed our stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/15/2012 Vote
3. We were then assigned room 404 which was very small with very dated and dusty/dirty decor and furnishings, and backing onto the parking lot with not much of a balcony.

4. A few hours later I started to puke, probably from how dirty the room was and how old everything was like the carpet and apolstry.

6. The first room we walked into had 1980's white 'leather' ripped couches and carpet sooooo dirty I cant believe they had the nerve to even act like it was acceptable.
"Do Not Be Fooled By Pictures!! Dont stay here! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/20/2010 Vote
7. One more bad thing about the hotel - the gym looks like its someones basement gym - the equipment is old and dirty and they have no dumbells (at least not past 15 pound and they only have one 15 pound dumbell) or barbells.
"Never ever stay here!!!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/28/2010 Vote
8. Problems with our room- kitchen that was hip in the 80's, bathroom that Jack tripper would have loved, clogged tub, dirty tile floor, broken fixtures, scary smoke detector, insects (not the cute kind), dirty stains on carpet (which showed up in photos), television with bad reception, far North Kaanapali location (although they do have a bus that will take you to the main Kaanapali hotels so you can catch thier bus to Lahina).
"BEWARE! Not up to Maui standards " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/14/2008 Vote
9. There was no clock in the room, no hot water at 10PM when we checked in, awful smell came from the bathroom sink, and when we got out of the shower and water dripped on the floor, you could see how dirty it was.
"Great local staff, sad property management " Read full review on YahooTravel   9/19/2007 Vote
10. Room #2 was terrible; carpet stained terribly, old and dirty looking.
"Think again before booking this hotel! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/25/2007 Vote
