7. My only complaint about the staff is I called prior to arriving because our flight was delayed to let the hotel know that we were stuck at the airport and we wouldn't be arriving until the next day.

9. The only complaint we had (which we kept to ourselves) was on the last two nights the air conditioner seemed to poop out a little, but no worries, we just opened up the sliders and listened to the wonderful birds singing.
