1. The air broke in our room but the maintnace man was there immediatly and fixed it quickly, right below us were fantastic bbq's for everyone to use, we used the laundry facility and it was convienant.

3. There is a strict non-smoking policy at this resort and I am quite certain if someone broke that rule then there would be a hell to pay but breaking some rules are considered acceptable at this resort.
