1. and worst of all, just no personal attention or 'aloha' -The breakfast staff , and the bellhops/valets are the exception - they are the warmest most beautiful people I have met in Hawaii, and the breaksfast is they most outstanding & delicious display you'll ever want - its great -But we were sad to see the hotel slipping.

4. Upon advising one employee at the gift shop we were leaving after our week stay she stated "I'm so sad to see you go" we had visited with her almost every day.
