3. We barely noticed the construction at all as most of our time was spent outside-occasionally there is some noise, but the hotel staff, service, rooms, food, pool, grounds, and best of all FANTASTIC beach, more than makes up for any construction that the hotel is undergoing.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights November, 2007-If you are looking for a romantic get away - a little out of the way - no crowds - beautiful private beach - excellent golf couse- top notch food - traditional hawaiian music or jazz played in the lobby in the evening and service, not to mention the best Mai Tais on the island then this is the place --- If you are looking for crowds, noise, night life, waiting for a table for dinner due to so many people - then this is NOT the place for you.
