1. I'll take friendly over snooty any day, wouldn't you? To the roach commenter, do you have some kind of phobia? They sprayed one day while we were there and the next day there was a crippled roach that had crawled out from somewhere.

4. I know Hawaii is tropical but in 10 years at the Marriott and a few visits to Oahu I have never seen a huge roach in the room EVER.

6. I moved to Fairmont Orchid which was much nicer but I was very nervous to move in the middle of the night but that was better than staying with the big roaches.
