1. Everything was clean (no bugs, mildew or smells), the service was good and friendly, nothing looked too worn out, the grounds were lush, etc.

6. Hotel exterior, lobby, location, and beach are all beautiful and great, but our room was literally filled with mold and mildew, visible everywhere and smelled horrible, like walking into an RV trailer that had been locked up all winter with water leaks then opened for the first time in Spring.
