1. The only downside was paying to park in an exclusive and remote hotel? Also, the surfside outdoor massage was noisy instead of relaxing, apparently they didn't coordinate with the landscaping crew - listening instead to loud weed trimmers and gas-operated lawnmowers within 10-15 feet of the tent was a challenge.
