1. Very rude which was kind of shocking since everyone else in all other stores/restaurants were the exact opposite.

2. Service was excellent but I guess that's pretty common in the US as the 'servers' work for a very low set wage and rely on tips to make a living - expect to pay 15-20% on top of your total bill, for many cultures this can be a rather rude shock as the actual food prices are not cheap.

3. We had come from Maui so Waikiki was a bit of a shock as we were told it might be, but this place was clean, very nicely decorated with sofa, great reading lamps and a slice of beach view.
