Other:We went to the hot tub one night to have a drink, wow a big mistake, you can not drink anything in the hot tub, so we got out of the tub and I forgot my id in the room, so i sent my fiancee to get drinks, they wouldnt serve him because he was only in swim trunks, So he went to the room to get his shirt and ID and still couldnt get us drinks because we both needed to be present to get 2 drinks.

8. The Sheraton is directly opposite so make no mistake you do share your view with a big hotel (and the rooms opposite you) but the beach view is great.

Wrong and non existant names on hotel vouchers, request for a midsize car and they booked a compact and the worst mistake was booking one person in our in our party on completely different flights and flight times from the rest of our group not once, but twice, which we didn't know had happened until arriving at the airport.

10. My only mistake was booking my reservations for the Outrigger and airfare through Hawaii Aloha Travel.
