1. Other reviewers have complained about noise, but we did not hear noise from the adjoining rooms or from the Duke's patrons while we were there.

7. I complained to hotel and expedia and both confirm that this is ocean view room SO I TOOK a PHOTO and want to ask what would others call this room when 75% of the view is blocked by a hotel and only less than 25% is ocean view.

10. Our hotel room was on the 10th floor, and was a little noisy, but this was something I had already read about on Tripadvisor so wasn't surprised but I didn't feel the need to complain or ask to change rooms, although I guess if I had this wouldnt have been too much trouble.
