1. This hotel is in dire need of a renovation and lacking any type of sound proofing.

The absolute biggest issue was my parents room - the noise from there other neighbours was otta control the people came home at 2am and just talked but the walls or rather lack there of ,where the doors connect through to make adjoining room are paper thin ( had we have know all of this we would have been the adjoining room to them as we were on there other side through a normal wall and never heard anything ) - but they really got very little sleep due to the noise - security was called and they quietened down but the most disturbing thing was they were not being noisy they were just talking but they may as well as been in the same room as my parents - extremely distressing - in the Hotels defence they did offer each night to move them - but they wanted to be next to us so this was not an option.

6. the hotel offered great breakfast and all round service from the staff but i would say the only fault is Dukes bar gets crowded very quickly and this often means a lack of space inside.

My husband and I stayed with the Outrigger on the Beach for 4 nights and felt like we were back home - the simple things such as a lounge suite, bar fridge, balcony - all the things that were lacking on our stays in San Fran, New York, Boston, Quebec, Toronto, Ottawa, Lancaster, Vegas, Washington DC.

9. well, forgettable, a luau that was more like reigning in the cattle to graze on specific grass and getting them good and drunk so they won't realize they are being ripped off, a snorkeling adventure that is NOT a good idea for beginners I almost died twice for lack of training), the concierge desk attendant was very helpful in setting up fun things, just not so helpful in finding the best non-rip off experiences.

10. On the whole I expected a wonderful hotel experience and I am not want to normally complain BUT this hotel is outdated, lacking in the pool area (small - Beds too close together), but the views are superb.
