1. It's on the street where all the action is and because of that, it is very pricey.

3. At 30 bucks a day, we found it a bit pricey, but at least the valet service was efficient and very patient, as with two kids, we had a lot to unload every time we arrived.

6. Dec 7-14/11 Once again my hats off to this hotel it may be older but it is nestled between the pricey Royal Hawaiian and the Surfrider, the overall experience is top notch, the hotel is undergoing a renovation March-July so I would think about the Outrigger Reef as a alternative, the pool will be closed and rooms are undergoing some updating.
"Great Value, Excellent Location, Superb Staff, Good Food makes this Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/6/2012 Vote
7. the bar and restaurant were pricey (but this is something I would say about all of the places in Waikiki) Breakfast was more resonable and was a real highlight for me, with some exceptionally good service.

10. Quick & easy check-in with luggage delivered to room fast Room, 9th floor - a decent size with a city and ocean view Walls very thin Decor okAll staff welcoming & efficientAte at all 3 restaurants & food always very good Drinks reasonably pricedBad points - balconies very small; toilet flush is fierce and noisy so you can hear multiple flushes throughout the day; pricey sunloungers on the beach - privately owned charging $60 a day for 2 loungers & parasol Pool smallThe main beef was trying to enjoy a drink early evening - had to join a waiting list of 1 hour 20 This was just to drink at the bar in the hotel that you're already a guest in The wait is due to the fact that everyone comes here on an eveningSupposedly one of the best hotels in the area but we were disappointed.
"Perfect location but a few negative points " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/1/2011 Vote
