4. Service was excellent but I guess that's pretty common in the US as the 'servers' work for a very low set wage and rely on tips to make a living - expect to pay 15-20% on top of your total bill, for many cultures this can be a rather rude shock as the actual food prices are not cheap.

8. This hotel also needs to remember that Dukes have alot of people who STAY in the hotel some were so rude but if you walked in off the street you were treated like royalty.
