1. I'm very seriously confused on how to proceed with with review because so much of what went wrong with the stay could not be controlled by the hotel itself but the property alone lends itself to some problems.

3. I thought the Sheraton is a well known name amongst hotels so how could I go wrong and I really wanted my first trip to Hawaii to be issue free.

5. m, not hot tub, pigeons on tables in lobby while eating, Cons we stayed on the city side rooms were so run down, we had a refridgerator but no microwave, TV was tiny and had to be 15 yrs old, carpets had stains, vents was filled with dust/mold it looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years, curtains dirty and ripped, shower curtain was placed wrong so evertime we took a shower we were fighting with the shower curtain, housekeeping would knock very early before 8 to clean room.

Please do not get me wrong I still believe this is a lovely Hotel and a good value, we just had some bad luck, that being said the good value as I understand it is going to be short lived as we were told by employees that the Princess is slated to be demolished in 2013 and replaced with a Hotel/Time Share.
