1. We noticed that since we are practically local (from the Big Island) most staff everywhere in Oahu are either very, very rude or just ignores us completely -- but we're glad this hotel is the exception and treats everyone equally.

10. when we went down stairs to get the other room keys to check out the rooms, the girl at the front desk once found out what was going on was very unfriendly and border line rude, my husband was showing appreciation and she kept acting snobish.
