5. Well from his lack of caring I assume the room went uncleaned so if you are currently on the 24th floor - SLEEP TIGHT AND DON'T LET THE BED BUGS BITE .

8. Excellent location and staff very helpful but the number of staff on duty seems to be lacking, especially during check-in, for the size and reputation of a Sheraton Hotel.

10. - Understaffed - not only the lack of valet, but the front-desk staff seemed overworked, the concierge was almost never there or was inundated with Japanese tourists.
