1. Things like the wallpaper peeling a bit or an older faucet on the shower didn't bother me.

2. Our last room had peeling wall paper, torn carpet, badly peeling/dinged furniture, and if you look too closely at anything in the bathroom you'll see fixtures that are miscolored from rust, mildew, or mold.

3. Painting on the wall peeling, floor with lots of stains, swimming pool that smells like pee.

4. The wallpapers were peeling, theres mold near the ceiling, and rusty fixtures in the bathroom.

5. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in our room and the bathroom had built-up crud on the floor.

6. 1) Our car was broken into2) One of the ladies at the front desk was dismissive when trying to check in - luckily, there was someone else that was much more pleasant and ready to work3) The parking/towel process/coupon is a huge pain and makes one feel instantly under suspicion4) The rooms were old, dirty, and had peeling wall paper5) The front desk is non-responsive to phone calls from the room (a few calls over a 15 minute period - one call was actually picked up and then immediately hung up by the staff) and the guest services rep suggested that I just keep calling and letting the phone ring.

7. It was peeling away from the wall and near the toilet it looked like mold was growing.

8. The chrome on the legs of the sink were chipping, there were yellowing stains on the tub, the mat was peeling up, hard water stains covered the shower head, the floor tile was cracking due to age.

9. First off the wallpaper was stained and peeling off the walls and we found a roach in our room the first night (and ya, I know, it Hawaii and its kind of hard to completely stop the insects but its still gross).

Here is my listThe Parking Garage is 5 levels and has no elevator, hello people bring luggage When checking in I was not given the type of room I wanted and was offered to upgrade to a room I wanted for $20 a night thankfully SPG customer care was able to fix thisThe room, small, VERY out dated, dirtyThe water stained wall paper it peeling off the wallThe bathroom floor looks as if it has not been cleaned in a yearWhile I understand that the price is okay for the area I would not recommend this Hotel but I still love SPG.
