1. hard to believe it was an upgrade since the bathroom was filthy and the drain was clogged.

2. It would be simple enough for a person (not the cleaning ladies as they are hard working and do a good job) to come into the rooms just to change the cups and refill the tea and coffee plus add regular black tea and not just herbal tea for those who want it.

4. There is so much to do in Waikiki you are hardly in the room anyways.

5. The room had a sliding door for the bathroom and it was difficult to open and close that seems to be something that could be fixed pretty easily, the balcony door was hard to open and close also for that matter.
