6. waited 'on hold' for 15mins finnally someone came back I said we paid for a nice room this is disgusting and its our 10 year anniversary as well- after another 10 mins on hold they moved us to the 28th floor and what looked like the room we booked.

The view from the 'rich peoples' tower is nice, but if you are staying in the main part of the hotel the rooms are ok size, the bathrooms are disgusting, the lobby is classy, but is all mainly outdoors, the pool is good, the elevator is ALWAYS crowded, there are no stairs unless you want the fire alarm to go off.
