1. I don't know which to complain about first- the BEDBUGS, or the smoke filled room every night, or the TV cable connection that shut off at 7 pm each night, or the surly woman at the front desk who checked me in and failed to provide a parking pass.

There was a misunderstanding with the internet usage as we thought you used 20 minutes in the day, not in one go, it wasnt expalined to us properly when we checked in, and when we complained about the additional internet charges & the misunderstood procedure of their usage, the lady in the front desk took it to the Manager who deleted the extra internet charges from our bill almost immediately.
