1. The staff that we dealt with were pleasant and worked efficently to solve the problems that arose (more on that later).

2. I'm very seriously confused on how to proceed with with review because so much of what went wrong with the stay could not be controlled by the hotel itself but the property alone lends itself to some problems.

3. But if you can afford it, why not? The only problem I see with the restaurant is that the buffet extends across the main walkway of the hotel so it has a feel of 'crossing the street' to get your food.

5. The only down side is the bar (but it was also the same problem with all the bars we visited) they had weak drinks but still charge alot for them.

7. Our problem was the bar and wait staff, we have never encountered such a slow and unfriendly service anywhere let alone in the good ol US, the home of service and 'tips'.

10. Luggage delivery and handling is brought with problems, most recent stay opting to collect our luggage since it had not been delivered and was still at the hotel entrance.
