4. Stayed 8 nights2 rooms #901 & #903carpets look like they have never been cleaned lots of dark stains Had roaches in both rooms, Randi was very nice she moved us to diff rooms #1669 & # 1647 for last 3 nights of our stay.

5. m, not hot tub, pigeons on tables in lobby while eating, Cons we stayed on the city side rooms were so run down, we had a refridgerator but no microwave, TV was tiny and had to be 15 yrs old, carpets had stains, vents was filled with dust/mold it looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years, curtains dirty and ripped, shower curtain was placed wrong so evertime we took a shower we were fighting with the shower curtain, housekeeping would knock very early before 8 to clean room.

7. The chrome on the legs of the sink were chipping, there were yellowing stains on the tub, the mat was peeling up, hard water stains covered the shower head, the floor tile was cracking due to age.

We booked a 'High end Ocean view room'-they gave us a regular room, that you had to stretch your neck around the patio to see the ocean, it was on the 22nd floor,(high end are 25 and higher as stated by their website) -it had coffee stains on the walls, red dotted stains on the floor and cigarette stains on the table(its supposed to be non-smoking) and it smelt- I called the front desk-.
