6. They were simply set on the wrong line setting, which is something the housekeeping could easily check, along with the dishwasher, and the final sweep of the room would've caught the bedskirt sloppiness (it was facing the door; you could see it upon walking into the bedroom) and bent blinds.

10. There were so many things wrong with this room - loud and not functioning air conditioner, loud bathroom fan, television the size of laptop screen, carpet pulled and matted, broken lamps (removed during our stay) electrical outlets not working etc.
