1. Asides from a gentleman behind the front check in desk that seemed to be having a bad day, the rest of the staff was pleasant and accommodating.

2. I don't know if it was the humidity (expanding wood), an old door frame, or what, but our hotel room door stuck so badly on opening that we had to give it a solid linebacker shove to get in the room, every time.
