1. I called to ask a few questions before arriving to stay at the hotel and the lady at the front desk was rude and very short with me, she acted as if she didn't want to do her job.

8. didnt use the gym much but my roomates did and were pleased with the standardthe problems started with the concierge staff who were rude and left us waiting for over and hour just to check IN.
