1. My only complaints are that the pillows are all fluff and provide no support for the head, there are no mirrors in the room except for the one over the sink in the bathroom, so my daughter and I had to take turns drying our hair and putting on makeup.

2. All employees I encountered we wonderful, my only real complaint is similar to many other comments, the elevators are slow, and I did get stuck in one for just a moment.

7. The complaints I have are that when you have a suite with a kitchen, you have to also rent the dishes, pots and pans and etc for $25.

9. Only two complaints was that there were no hand towels or bath mat in the room and we ordered room service and they bellman said that they were out of wheat toast, so he substituted rye.
