4. However do not get low floor rooms because they have very noisy wedding parties on weekends that boom music till midnight shaking and annoying guests in the first 5 floors.

5. What's the point of a full kitchen without the tools to use it? Are they afraid people are gong to walk off with pots and pans?Now for the cons: as many reviews have mentioned they are undergoing a renovation (it does need a refresh) and the whole hotel was terribly noisy from the drilling even 6 or 7 floors away.

7. However, I also mentioned to the front desk that the toilet tank was leaking and kept refilling which was very noisy.

8. The hotel's restaurant has a great menu, but its party atmosphere- popular with locals on their way to shows- was a bit noisy for our tastes and we fixed something to eat in our kitchenette (there may be a charge for hotel cutlery).

9. Did he not understand my plight? Why would someone stay in a dust filled room next to a noisy elevator and atrium which was undergoing construction? Mind you, there was only one working elevator and patrons had to wait at least 15 minutes in the lobby before the elevator arrived.
