1. The negatives:I noticed a wet piece of toilet paper to the side of the toilet right after checking in (it may still be there).

2. negatives: NO MINI BAR in rooms and no way to get even a bottle of water after hours - unless you are up to trekking to a floor that has vending machines.

3. The hotel's location (about a mile up Peachtree from the downtown) can be a negative for people who don't like to take a 25-minute walk (or take a convenient subway ride) to get to some of the major attractions, but is also a positive in that it is within easy walking distance of two top-notch and reasonably priced restaurants, Mary Mac's and Papi's, both of which I have separately reviewed.

5. The only negative was the kitchen appliances needed seriously updating, but if you're only staying one night you probably won't be using them much anyways.
