6. Nice flat screen TV, but bent metal mini-blinds w/ no room darkening shades, the bathroom wallpaper was peeling, there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling from the room above and the whole room smelled really musty.

9. When inspecting the smell in the kitchen there was rotting meat clogging up the sink, I called for someone to come take care of this situation and it took forever.
