8. The kitchen was filthy and outdated, the bathroom had cracked tiles and the floor and tub were both dirty, not to mention the tub wasn't even nice for the price, the only plus to the room was the TV's the view and the comforter on my not so comfortable bed.

9. So, I get in my room and begin opening the blinds to let in some sun and one of the blinds falls out of it's brackets and slams to the floor, plus these were metal mini blinds, extremely outdated.
