1. The television system that they use is terrible.

2. When you complain to the front desk everyone puts on their best sympathetic face and say things like - 'how terrible', 'you are right, that is totally unacceptable' and then DO NOTHING to remedy it.

3. What's the point of a full kitchen without the tools to use it? Are they afraid people are gong to walk off with pots and pans?Now for the cons: as many reviews have mentioned they are undergoing a renovation (it does need a refresh) and the whole hotel was terribly noisy from the drilling even 6 or 7 floors away.
